Booking Policies

FINE PRINT. Read carefully......

All trips depart early in the morning and arrive back late in the day. Transportation to and from Moresby Camp included in price.

After you have selected your tour, reserve your space by email or phone at 250-360-6184 We will confirm your space and collect a 50% deposit from you (e-transfer, International bank transfers such as EFT's and ACH's).

NOTE: Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Payment in full is due on trips departing within 60 days of booking.

Cancellation Policy

As all our adventures involve small groups, with a limited number of departure dates, our cancellation policies are firm. In the event that you must cancel your booking, you will be charged as follows:

Notice received / Cancellation Charge

60 days or more prior to trip / Deposit
60-30 days prior to trip / 75% of total
30 days or less prior to trip / 100% of total

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.

What if Sail Piraeus Adventures cancels a trip?

We reserve the right to cancel a tour for insufficient bookings or mechanical issues. If this happens a full credit will be issued. Cancelations due to weather, Covid19 or other natural disasters are considered 'an act of God' and a credit will not be issued.

Liability?

Due to the unique nature of our adventures and the remote wilderness area in which we operate, you will be required to sign a release from responsibility prior to your trip and signing this release will constitute acceptance of the terms laid out above.
